What if feeling calm wasn't something you had to chase?

I help women who are exhausted by anxiety to feel grounded, steady, and genuinely themselves again, through therapy that works around your real life.

You Hold It Together

On the outside, you look like someone who's managing fine. You show up, you get things done. You probably seem calm to everyone around you.

Constant Fight or Flight

But inside, the anxiety is constant. The what-ifs. The racing thoughts at 3am. The way your body tenses before certain conversations, or stays tense long after they're over.

You've Googled It

You've tried breathing exercises. Maybe you've even read the books. And yet here you are, still carrying it - tired of managing it and wondering if feeling genuinely okay is something that happens to other people.

Anxiety doesn't have to be something you manage forever.

I’m Emma, and I work with women who are done with surviving their days and ready to actually feel like themselves again.

My approach combines evidence-based therapy with a genuinely human conversation. No worksheets that don’t quite apply to your situation, no advice that sounds good in theory. Just real, personalised support that helps you understand what’s driving your anxiety and gently, steadily, change it.

Clients come to me feeling wired and worn out. They leave feeling settled in a way that actually lasts – in their bodies, their relationships, and their everyday lives.

The Calm Collective

A small, supportive group programme for women who want to manage anxiety alongside others who truly understand.

Hi, I'm Emma

I’ve been a therapist for ten years, and the thing that drew me to this work, and keeps me here, is the moment someone realises that how they’re feeling isn’t just how they’re wired.

I know what it’s like to carry anxiety quietly. To be the capable one, the one who copes, while something underneath is slowly exhausting you. I decided a long time ago that I only want to do work that genuinely matters… And this is it.

What My Clients Say

"I came to Emma after years of thinking anxiety was just part of who I was. Six months on, I still have hard days, but I don't feel imprisoned by them anymore. The difference in how I move through the world is something I couldn't have imagined when we first spoke."
Sarah M.
One to One Therapy Client
"I was sceptical about therapy - I thought I'd tried everything. What I hadn't tried was someone who actually understood what was going on for me. Emma got it immediately, and she gave me the tools to genuinely change it. Worth every penny and more."
Rachel T.
Intensive Day Session Client
"The group was something I didn't know I needed. Being in a room (even a virtual one) with other women who understood what I was carrying, and then watching all of us change over eight weeks, was one of the most moving experiences of my life."
